 tuesday is the most blah of all the days. that is why they have commercials for fast prep food and they say something like, "tuesday will never be the same" because tuesday really IS the most blah of all the days.

N. seems to be over his bout with the flu. i am telling you that man can get sick with the best of them. what had the boys and i down for 2-3 days wiped N. out for 5. REALLY!, 5 whole days, and he is going to work now and generally functioning, but still complaining about how he feels quite a bit. he is a big baby, but he also really was that sick, poor thing.

i keep thinking i should invent an alter-ego who has an exciting life, then i would write about it here and actually have something to say. i would, if i had the time, but if i did have an alter-ego, i'd just make her pack up the boys summer clothes that have been sitting out on the guest bed for a week waiting to be washed and packed and put away in storage.
