i am back from vacation 9 days early. it was rough, vacation was hideous. i was baking in the heat and family burdens. sister moved out while we were away and so did most of my good linens with her. i am calmly accepting that if some linens had to go with her it is alright so long as she stays gone. hopefully we have crossed this bridge without too much permanent family damage and that i'll be able to show my face at all family events still and not be thought of as horrible and cruel. (luckily sister shows her true colors quite often and no one is likely to think that of me) i have decided though that as far as responsibilities go i have everything cleared up until the 11th and i plan to stay on vacation until then. i have 12 pots of various day lilies that my uncle (who grows and hybrizes) gave to me to put in various spots around the yard. i am giddy with anticipation AND! i have a whole new bedroom / bathroom to work with. i think that the office and sewing studio will soon be divorcing and the sewing studio will start to live the life of a single gal. � |
