 i should update, i should go to bed, i am going to sit here instead and map out visiting teaching routes and then plan to call tomorrow and apologize that i won't be visiting this month and then make appts for the week that i return from vacation next month. i have got to get better at this, if i don't the guilt of not doing it is going to kill me. at least if i do this tonight i'll be able to stave the guilt off enough to sleep.
